WIA Beads

WIA's beaded jewellery business is its main income generating activity. This program allows us to sustain many of our programs and facilities. Recently Ndutu Safari Lodge purchased 440,000 TSH to be sold in their hotel gift shops. David Still, a Canadian volunteer from Global Service Corps (another NGO in Arusha) also sold over 1,000,000 TSH worth of jewellery to an academic conference in Canada for WIA. Thank you David! There have been other small purchases from guests and volunteers that have passed through WIA's office.
